Job summary

Walgreens in Michigan is seeking a team member to support daily store operations and customer service. You will open and close the store in the management's absence, handle cash, process returns and refunds, and help ensure accurate pricing and signage.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, supporting inventory control, stocking, displays, and coordinating with vendors. Prior leadership or retail exposure is preferred and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership/retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license (as required by state).

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handling cash and systems start-ups.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and pricing adjustments with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with displays, pricing, and backroom organization.
• Assist with customer service, store communications, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
