• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Manages store keys, opens back door for deliveries, and coaches others in ordering and vendor processes.
• Registers sales, records scanning errors, price verifications, and voids; reviews order exceptions.
• Develops displays, maintains pricing and signage, and handles inventory counts across departments.
• Maintains store cleanliness and appearance; coordinates repairs as needed in manager's absence.
• Supports checkout windows, backroom organization, and compliance with policies.
