Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, handles required systems start-ups and cash handling, and prepares floor and stock room for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets customers, offers assistance, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a standout Walgreens experience.
• Assists with and coaches others in warehouse and vendor ordering, backdoor openings for deliveries, price changes, and basic pricing signage.
• Maintains inventory accuracy across departments, stockroom, and overstock locations, and supports displays and merchandising.
