Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a capable team member to support store operations and customer service. You will help open and close the store, manage cash and register activity, and assist customers with products and services while upholding Walgreens service standards.

You will also help with inventory, displays, vendor deliveries, and basic maintenance to ensure a clean, well-organized store that delivers a delightful customer experience.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, perform system start-ups and cash handling; ensure floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Process product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate store inventory and pricing; monitor displays and signage to reflect promotions and local regulations.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backroom organization, and basic maintenance tasks as requested by management.
