Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and oversees pricing, signage, and local regulatory compliance tasks.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and basic store maintenance and cleanliness.
