Job summary

You will greet customers, resolve questions, assist with inventory, pricing, and backroom duties, and help with vendor deliveries and store maintenance. Prior supervisory/retail key holder experience and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtain and maintain valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greets customers and assists with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Manages store keys, open/close without management, and supports vendor deliveries through backdoor access.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and supports pricing tasks and displays.
