Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management with required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with pricing changes and shelf replenishment.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and back-door opening as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, security, and local regulations.
