Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Key Holder to open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and back-office tasks, and ensure the floor and stock rooms are ready for business each day.

You will engage customers, solve questions, and model Walgreens service traits to deliver a distinctive experience while supporting inventory, pricing, and displays across departments.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members.
• Hold store keys to open/close when management is absent and assist with vendor deliveries.
• Register transactions, verify pricing, and manage order exceptions and returns.
• Assist with displays, stock rotation, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
