• Handle cash operations: returns, refunds, cash drops, and cashiering duties.
• Assist with customer service, greeting customers and resolving questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Coach team members on inventory, back-office processes, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing signage in compliance with policies.
• Support with overall store upkeep, backroom organization, and regulatory compliance.
