Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, complete system start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Hold keys to open/close and assist with vendor deliveries.
• Register sales accurately, record scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assist with displays, stock rotation, pricing and signage per policy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across departments and stockroom.
• Serve as liaison between management and team when management isn't present.
• Training and development: attend training and complete required PPLs.
