You will greet customers, resolve issues, assist with inventory, pricing, and displays, and help maintain a delightful shopping experience while upholding company policies.

Competenze

• One year of leadership or retail key-holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• Ability to operate store systems and equipment.
• Compliance with policies and teamwork.

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Maintain inventory counts and accurate on-hand quantities.
• Support pricing changes and compliant signage.
• Assist with store maintenance and cleanliness.
