Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups, cash handling, and readiness of floor and stock room.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Registers, pricing, inventory accuracy, and backroom organization; supports vendor deliveries and displays.
• Maintains store cleanliness, pricing signage, and compliance with policies; assists with bookkeeping tasks when needed.
