Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a customer-focused team member who can open/close the store when management is absent, handle cash and transactions, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the day. You will engage customers, handle returns, and support warehouse/vendor processes to keep operations smooth.

You will also model Walgreens service standards, coach teammates, and assist with displays, pricing, and inventory control while ensuring compliance with state regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store in absence of management and ensure readiness of floor and stock room.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Coach teammates in customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits.
• Maintain store key security and assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
• Record sales accurately, review pricing, and manage order exceptions.
• Assist with displays, resets, and stock rotation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with pricing/labels.
