Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops; provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains and monitors inventory, pricing, signage, and backroom organization; supports displays and resets.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, cashiering, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Ensures store compliance with policies and local regulations; participates in training and communications.
