Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management and perform required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close when management is not present and supervise daily operations.
