Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Process returns, refunds, and cash drops; manage cash at registers and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and back door access for deliveries as needed.
• Hold store keys and supervise opening/closing when management is unavailable.
• Support inventory counts, price changes, and display revisions to drive sales.
• Provide customer service with interruptions minimized and queries resolved.
