Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences while handling opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and store maintenance. You will greet customers, assist with products, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store, handles required cash handling, and ensures the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Maintains store cleanliness and appearance; assists with inventory, pricing, and displays; supports backroom and vendor processes as needed.
