Walgreens is seeking a store associate to open and close the shop in the absence of management, handle cash and pricing tasks, and ensure the floor and stockroom readiness for the day. The role focuses on delivering a distinctive customer experience and supporting pharmacy-related processes as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of leadership or supervisory experience, is fluent in English, and holds a PTCB certification or state pharmacy license.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsabilités

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Performs cash drops to the safe and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
