Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• Arrest and conviction records will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and ensure cash handling readiness.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and cashiering tasks accurately.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper pricing signage; assist with displays and maintenance.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations as needed.
