Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or supervisory or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Maintains inventory counts and basic store pricing; handles price changes.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor access when needed.
• Supports displays and merchandising and helps with stock organization.
