Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains store operations: inventory, pricing, signage, backroom organization, and compliance with policies.
• Registers duties: records of scanning errors, price verifications, voids, and price changes.
