Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Key Holder to open and close the store when management is unavailable, manage cash, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business. You will engage customers, resolve issues, and support deliveries and pricing tasks.

The role requires leadership experience and fluent English; PTCB certification is preferred. This position is on-site and includes responsibilities across operations, inventory, and storefront customer service.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store in the absence of management and ensure all systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Handle product returns, refunds, voids, and cash drops; provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve issues, and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing changes, displays, and backroom organization.
