Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is seeking a Store Key Holder to open and close the store in the absence of management, perform required systems start-ups, cash handling, and prepare the floor and stock room for the business day.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, manage pricing and basic transactions, support inventory control, and assist with merchandising and back-room operations to deliver a distinctive customer experience.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles cash and start-ups.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Engages customers to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Supports inventory and pricing tasks, merchandising, and back-room operations.
• Ensures store systems knowledge and proper store equipment use.
