Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred: valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, handle cash and start-up systems.
• Complete returns, void orders, process refunds, and provide change as requested.
• Engage customers with a friendly service approach and maintain accurate pricing and displays.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, inventory counts, and basic bookkeeping duties.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, safety, and local regulations.
