Walgreens is seeking a capable team member to support store opening/closing, cash handling, and customer service excellence. You will engage customers, assist with product needs, and model Walgreens service traits to ensure a positive shopping experience.

As a leader or key holder, you will help staff with daily tasks, manage store communications when management is absent, and uphold pricing, inventory, and display standards.

Formación

• One year of leadership or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Coach team members on customer service best practices to maintain Walgreens standards.
