Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, drive sales, and foster a welcoming, knowledgeable atmosphere for customers. You will lead a service team, assist with training, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Remaining flexible for evenings and weekends, you will help develop product knowledge and service excellence. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching peers, and achieving KPIs in a dynamic retail environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Experience resolving customer issues and leading teams.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team and support training and development.
