Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and adjust work schedules; assign duties and monitor task completion.
• Supervise activities across departments in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Ensure consistent customer service and address issues promptly.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures and provide ongoing education.
• Evaluate employee performance and support promotions or transfers.
• Enforce safety procedures and handle accident reports as needed.
• Order merchandise, verify deliveries, and report discrepancies.
• Manage displays and inventory to meet customer and store demands.
