Qualifications

• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations and teamwork.
• Plan and adjust work schedules and assign duties to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise store activities in the Department Manager's absence and perform duties as needed.
• Train employees on store policies and procedures and provide ongoing education.
• Evaluate performance and recommend promotions or transfers.
• Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Order merchandise, verify deliveries, and report discrepancies.
