Qualificações

• Resolve practical problems across varied situations with limited standardization.
• Perform arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Interview to obtain information, guide people clearly, follow manuals, and maintain contact with customers and employees.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations with teamwork and accountability.
• Plan and adjust work schedules, assign duties, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Supervise store activities in the Department Manager's absence, or perform work at all levels.
• Ensure proper customer service and address issues promptly.
