Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers and assisting with requests.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations store-wide.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign tasks and monitor completion.
• Supervise activities across departments when the Department Manager is absent.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally and ensure follow-up.
• Train workers on store policies, department procedures and safety.
