You will lead by example, manage schedules, handle customer issues, oversee merchandising and compliance, and step in wherever the store needs you most.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers by name.
• Lead by example to foster positive employee relations and teamwork.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties and monitor completion.
• Supervise store activities across departments in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures; provide ongoing coaching.
