Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail Management Certificate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous assistance with store and product information (FAN Customer Service).
• Communicate bulletin information to associates to ensure updates are applied.
• Monitor front end to ensure service standards and procedures are followed.
• Operate cash register and review price changes, promotions and bulletins with staff.
• Maintain store sections, stock merchandise, review invoices and set up displays.
• Perform basic bookkeeping and end-of-day cash-out procedures.
