Responsibilities

• The Service Manager (Part-Time) reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for maintaining service standards in the store.
• Implements and manages the FAN customer service program and executes corporate directives.
• Maintains the store’s break room, postings, posters, iPad, cleanliness, and related duties.
• Reviews mystery shop performance and front-end standards.
• Operates a cash register, handles price changes and communicates updates to staff.
• Performs basic bookkeeping and records lost/damaged goods and store supplies.
