Job summary

Chedraui USA in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Part-Time Service Manager to oversee service standards at our 1833-B La Cienega Blvd location. The role reports to the Store Manager and involves managing FAN customer service programs, executing corporate directives, and supervising front-end operations.

Key duties include assisting customers, relaying store updates, operating the cash register, stocking shelves, and handling basic bookkeeping.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail Management Certificate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Offers friendly and courteous assistance to customers by providing them with store and product information (FAN Customer Service).
• Communicates bulletin information to associates to ensure updates are shared.
• Monitors the front end to maintain service standards and procedures.
• Operates a cash register and reviews price changes and promotions.
• Maintains store sections; orders, receives, stocks merchandise, and sets up displays.
• Performs basic bookkeeping and records lost/damaged goods; handles checkout at end of day.
