Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile, learning their names, and ensuring a great visit.
• Lead by example, maintain positive employee relations, and foster teamwork and accountability.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign employees to duties; ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Supervise daily store activities across departments when needed and fill in at various levels.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Train staff on store policies, procedures, and job duties; provide ongoing education on updates.
• Evaluate employee performance and participate in promotions, transfers, or dismissals.
• Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment; handle incident reporting as needed.
• Order, verify, and report on deliveries; manage inventory quality and discrepancies.
• Monitor ad and promotional displays; ensure product quality and stock meets demand.
• Review payroll-related records and understand basic payroll processes.
