Hy-Vee, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to keep the store running smoothly by supervising employees across departments, ensuring prompt, friendly service, and maintaining store standards. You will lead by example, manage schedules, handle customer issues, oversee merchandising and compliance, and step in wherever needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers and addressing needs.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations storewide.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules, assign duties, and ensure timely task completion.
• Supervise and coordinate activities across all store areas in the Department Manager's absence.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally and ensure service quality.
• Train staff on store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
