Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management duties when managers are absent, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading the team to deliver outstanding customer service, supervising showroom service levels, handling buy online/shipped orders, returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and security

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered according to policy and transfer/ship orders are processed timely.
