O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position may assume shift management in the absence of managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers and supervise service levels in the showroom.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing duties and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders, transfers, and DC add orders, and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Manage returns, exchanges, invoicing, and merchandising tasks to maintain store efficiency.
