Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, including shift management in their absence. Bilingual candidates encouraged.

You will lead team members, supervise service levels, handle store processes from POS to returns, and ensure timely stocking and safety procedures. This role emphasizes reliable customer care and smooth operations across the showroom.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner.
• Ensure returns are processed accurately and refunds issued using the correct payment methods.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Oversee layout, image, and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure team members clock in/out according to policy and follow posted work schedules.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
