Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of related retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers by name.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations store-wide.
• Plan and adjust work schedules and assign duties.
• Supervise store activities in the Department Manager's absence.
• Train employees on store policies and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper cash handling and POS accuracy.
