In this role you will lead in a fast-paced financial services environment, manage cash handling duties, drive sales, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Travel within the district may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager and headquarters when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations.
• Respond professionally, explaining solutions and ensuring customers feel supported.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and defuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency; manage cash drawer and deposits as required.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Verify customer information and process transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly I Agree on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
