(Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, Cash Store) seeks an Assistant Store Manager to be a front-line brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence. You will lead daily operations, handle cash duties, and ensure adherence to procedures across our store network.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to our core values while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options and meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, and corporate when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Balance cash receipts and assist with end-of-day reporting.
• Complete compliance trainings and other duties as assigned.
