Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store. You will oversee daily operations, drive customer service excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting store leadership.

This role requires strong cash handling, sales, and communication skills; willingness to travel within the district; and a commitment to the company's core values of accountability and transparency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and handle customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Count currency, manage cash drawer, and balance batch receipts.
