Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; sales, customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to multitask independently.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options and help find solutions that meet needs.
• Handle cash, balance receipts, and ensure accurate transactions per policy.
• Respond professionally to inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and complete required trainings.
• Travel within district stores and work assigned shifts.
