Job summary

Lolli & Pops is seeking a Full-time Service Lead/Keyholder in Wisconsin to join our leadership team. You will drive guest experience and support daily operations, ensuring energetic service and brand standards.

You will monitor KPI targets, coach staff, manage inventory and paperwork, and uphold store policies, while promoting a positive, collaborative environment. Lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve targets.
• Keep the team focused on guest engagement, sampling and sharing product knowledge.
• Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills and leading by example.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and directives are enforced consistently by all team members.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
