Lolli & Pops is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder to join our Lynnwood store. You will be a keyholder on the leadership team, guiding staff to deliver engaging guest experiences and uphold brand standards, while helping manage inventory and store operations.

You will coach team members, ensure product knowledge, and maintain strict visual merchandising and policy compliance. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a positive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level performance by monitoring KPI targets and taking action.

• Support Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory.
