Ampersand Brands is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder for Lolli & Pops. You will be a store leader, ensuring an engaging guest experience, coaching the team, and driving store performance.

You will assist with operations, training, and merchandising while upholding company values and policies. The role requires physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and a flexible schedule to meet busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive store financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets
• Focus team on guest engagement, sampling and product knowledge
• Lead by example to raise team performance and selling skills
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members
• Support Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Ensure policies and procedures are enforced by all team members
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
