Job summary

Ampersand Brands seeks a full-time Lolli & Pops Service Lead/Keyholder to join our Milwaukee, WI team. You will lead the customer experience, motivate staff, and help drive store performance while upholding brand standards and policies.

You will supervise daily operations, train teammates, manage inventory, and ensure visual merchandising excellence. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and flexible scheduling to meet busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive store KPI targets and support achievement of store goals.
• Maintain guest engagement through sampling and product knowledge sharing.
• Coach and lead team to maximize performance through training and example.
• Train, develop and motivate team members.
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
• Maintain visual/merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and directives are followed by all staff.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Lift up to 25 pounds as required.
