Job summary

Lolli & Pops is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder in Bellevue, WA. You will join a leadership team, supervise store operations, drive KPI targets, coach the team, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, candy‑friendly environment.

You’ll manage training, inventory, merchandising, policy enforcement, and community presence while lifting up to 25 pounds and supporting the Store Manager. A positive attitude and flexible scheduling are valued in our dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and energy when working with guests and team members.
• Meticulous quality mindset with strong organization.
• Bias toward action and willingness to lift/move items up to 75 lbs.
• Open to coaching and mentorship to grow professionally.
• Attention to detail in cleanliness, presentation, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action.
• Keep the team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge.
• Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching, and leading by example.
• Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members.
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and procedures are consistently enforced by all team members.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
