O'Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the Manager's absence and encourages bilingual applicants.

Key duties include leading the team in delivering excellent service, handling store-to-store transfers, processing returns, and ensuring proper invoicing and security procedures. Strong communication and RSS certification readiness are required.

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds with correct payment methods and stage merchandise properly.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Monitor work schedules; approve deviations; ensure accurate clock-ins/outs.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure money/deposits, and lock/secure the building.
